The 63100 outrunner on 12 s will lift your fat ass out of the water without any problems.
Get a Flycolor HV 150A esc it will be around 90us$ and go.
I run this combo with a gong curve L wing for 2 years without any problems.
I am 80 kg and got on wing with 60% of max power.
I plan to glue PLA 3d printed segments together to about 3 feet. Load epoxy infill through the cut open sides, laminate in about 6 layers of carbon fiber. Comments?
Better print two moulds and lamintae two halfs with some layers. Sand to fit and put in as much fiber you can fit, 45 degree biax and unidirectional as well.
Thanks. Reflecting on your message, I realized that I have a conceptual misunderstanding. I will spend more time looking into this. Anything you can share is greatly appreciated.
My initial reaction, per your comment - two molds - two carbon fiber parts with 45 degree biax and unidirectional. 6- 8 layers. More? Change in geometry. 2-3 centimeters next to the edge are flat on both ends, so it is simple to understand how much (and how) fiber to load. Sandwich - carbon part from molding, carbon fiber (3-4?) with epoxy and another carbon part. Weight on the top. Center is hollow.
