WIth 7 and 8 pitch wouldn’t work maybe 5 but it’s better to change 3d model. For now I’m using without the duct.

[Champey](https://foil.zone/u/Champey) design should be fine for not trimed one, maybe he can help us and make one for 160mm or maybe this one would work: [Flipsky 65161 Duct by E\_Roberts - Thingiverse](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4461728) need to test. One I printed before from this forum was Flipsky65161Duct (1).stl I think same as your’s.
