The 1982 [Bird Sail](https://foil.zone/t/the-bird-sail-rigid-ancestor-from-1982-of-the-wingfoil-wing/22039) was a 6.3m2, 5kg, 4.6m wingspan rigid sail… I hope that digging out these relics will give ideas to 2024 tinkerers using carbon tubes …
