Desolder the connector on the BMS and then connect ribbon directly. Then hot glue over the ribbon. Use a small piece of g10 board for rigidity if need be.
Is that the Antenna you replaced the original with? If so, how did you make that?

Why do you think it is dual?? Does not look like dual and why would it even be such for one motor…
Single version is only 70A and mosfets are barely cooled…The worst possible vesc to use.

Obviously without the case.
FD use a custom VESC express module and a custom antenna. They are nothing complicated and you can achieve the same and better with off the shelf stuff if you know what to do.
