# Foil Drive Maytech controller

Has anyone used the new v3 controller on the foildrive max power? If so is it plug and play or do you need to alter some settings I am guesssing foildrive flash there controllers with there own setting or is it just the logo that is different? Thanks in advance

It’s hard to say. I don’t think anyone has done a total feature comparison. I think the V3 is almost the same if not the same though.
Some of FD’s features are on their VESC. They’ve had custom code flashed on them.
