# Hatch Sealing on Commercial Boards

Does anyone have any close up photos of the hatch and sealing arrangement on the commercial boards? I would like to understand how they make a reliable seal.

2 hinges at top of board, then 2 latches that pull the top down onto a rubber seal. A good D-seal would work well.  
The hatch will have no flex so that it seals properly.
