That is the trolling motor plug. So far it’s not waterproof so I’m trying to get on @Flightjunkie’s level and waterproof it.

The box is made out of acrylic. Google how to make acrylic fish tanks. Same method. The lid is held on with 3M VHB tape which is very strong and waterproof, but not too hard to remove when the battery needs maintenance or repairs.

Hi,
I have just stumbled across this laptop hard case while searching for a battery case. I don’t know the dimensions of the Lift Board cavity however comparing it MAX004 listed earlier in the thread it looks like it might fit. While it is a little tall for the typical 18650 cell battery builds, it will work perfectly for my prismatic cell battery.
