# ONEAN Carver doesn't works

Hello
My problem is the motor doesn’t work and the remoter alternate beetwen the 2 pictures.
Do you have an idea of problem, please?

And it will be difficult to get any service as Aquila boards (Spain) owner of ONEAN is in liquidation, unless ONEAN is bought by a new company.

Maybe a dedicated ONEAN forum user could help you out ? In the worst case, since your warranty is not active any more, you could replace your remote by a proven efoil one like the Fero remote:

Hi!
I have the same issue..
Totally dead engine, everything else works fine…
I m taking the jet engine out of the board to se what have happened..
If I can see something. It is a huge work…

Hi guys! I have now removed the jet engine, but even the enginge is sealed with some plastic/rubber thing… I’m giving this up… Anyone interested in two batteries? 😉
Anyone else knowing how to get a dead board to life?

Hello. Number 2 turbine is dead. We have someone to repair it but how do we reseal it? Twin carver is only 3 years old and this is the second time the number 2 turbine fails. We cannot find a new or used one anywhere in Canada. Can you help?

Hello, do you have any decision on that ? Because we have similar problem, and we don’t know what to do.
In our case everything was good up two one moment after one 30min ride we wanted to change battery, but it didn’t start anymore. First we thought that it was because of overheating because water was about +28 and person who rode on it was almost full time at full throttle.
Then after about 30min we noticed that something wrong with contact battery / board. After few times put in/out battery and magnet motor started to rotate for a 1-2 seconds and then it looks like it lost connection with battery because rider remote showed error, you will see it on video [https://youtu.be/XAkYiV-CZkA](https://youtu.be/XAkYiV-CZkA)
Today we started again but nothing changes, it starts to rotate for about 2 seconds and then looks like there isn’t enough rotation power and it turns in to error.
We tried to clean contacts on board and battery but nothing change.
We wanted to open it to get to engine but we don’t know how to find place where to open it.

I have the same problem with my Carver Twin. The Port-side jet is totally seized up. I took it apart - which was quite a chore - and determined there was water intrusion into the motor causing the magnets in the engine to rust. No way to repair. Let me know if any of you have an engine you’d like to sell.
