got any pics for us to see?
I will search and post ASAP
Diameter is 70mm length of rotor is 120mm
If we commercialize we will reduce a bit length
i have it by for 250,- Euro
greetings Frank
i will measure the losses of the outrunner immersed times exactly, but will not be as much as yours. I close all ventilation openings, cast magnets flush, and lightly soaked the winding.
Simulated 92% with your inrunner ??? Measured on a test bench with eddy current brake would be better …
greetings Frank
Of course a real bench would be the best , but not possible at the moment…
for the outrunner the figures are with the same process of filling stator rotor, putting on a lathe to make something really smooth
I don’t know yet, actually don’t feel like it.
First 5 pieces, for a good friend and your own needs, and then take a look.
The motors are made according to my wishes and ideas.
Short, light, propeller connection in one piece with the yoke ring, robust and if it is produced it is also inexpensive.
Greetings Frank
Hi Frank,
looks great - would like to have one - please
Mike
Are you using Stainless steel or aluminium for the rotor?
Both are unsuitable for magnetic inference.
Greetings Frank
Hi Mike
If there is no producer or I do nothing, I provide all the data for a cheap DIY.
