What’s your concept, while riding or set it on the beach to adjust to conditions? Seems do-able now as another screwdriver adjustment we can play with.

While riding. I don’t know how to incorporate it. But all the foil boats do it somehow. Airplane wings too.

Foil boats do it because they can’t be weight shifted and have space for all the extra control elements.
There’s definitely a certain beauty about weight shifted foiling that would disappear if you started using control surfaces.
Then there’s the whole maintenance issue. Efoils are a fair amount of effort to set up, use and clean compared to the simplicity of just grabbing a foil and jumping in.
Now imagine the maintenance required for intricate control surfaces. You get to the beach and all of a sudden an aileron has seized…
