12s7p, 12s3p and 12s2p in parallel?

Hi

I did build different 12s packs with the same cells, all Molicel p45b, but different p´s. Since the packs have the same voltage and all cells are the same, I can connect the packs in parallel, right? So the 12s7p with a 12s3p and or 12s2p? The packs then behave like a 12s 10p or 12p, don’t they? Just wanted to ask you for safety reasons!

Yes, that works
Just make sure they have the same voltage/state of charge when you plug them together

THX! What about the current load? So the 7p can handle more than the 3p. When the current of my trwboogie is about 200A max and the 3p can offer only 150A peak, does the 7p and 3p behave like one pack with about 500 then?

Yes, if you have the right esc for it.
500A, won’t be often that you use that much power :sunglasses:

Great, so i can use all my 12s Molicel p45b packs in parallel for my tow boogie, that can handle a lot of them :slight_smile: 12s7p+12s3p+12s2p and two time 12s1p :slight_smile:
