You don’t remember the old e-foil geared setup? with the alu tube? The gear is for torque and it drops your KV to about 100kv in my case, I plan on using it on my efoil or my inflatable boat, I’ll put everything in aluminum tube, 3D printed prop, then test it in the swimming pool under load a couple times check temperature/wear/tear etc…

Hi, once you’ve modelled the propeller in 3D CAD, I can help you refine the hydrodynamic shape. This will either increase speed, or increase battery life, or increase thrust, or trade-offs thereof.

Hi, I can’t promise anything. It is ideal to optimise the propeller at the very end, when the motor system is complete, functional and reliable (e.g. thrust bearing in gearbox, watertight …).
