i have a 120l board and my weight is 80 kg. Would the Flipsky 6384 on 10 or 12S be sufficient with a Gong X-Over XL foil to drive about 25 km/h.
Or should i go for the 65161 ?

Should be OK, I get up to 42km/h with a 63100 and a HA foil (north sonar HA 950) on 12S. Board is 100l. For an eFoil I suggest to go 12S, keeps you 
for a longer time.

It also depends if you mainly use it in fresh water or the sea. Inrunners filled with mineral oil (like 65161) need less maintenance, Outrunners need new stainlrss steel bearings from time to time. You might also need to redo coating of the stator and rotor. Both work, the outrunner is quite a bit lighter.
Yes, no problems to reach those goals (at least if you’re not a heavyweight.) Board size and wing size are enough.
