Anyone built a battery using these?

Thinking maybe 10s11p or 12s10p. Should I be concerned with the Max Continuous Discharge?

I am not familiar with that brand but that’s a sweet deal! I would go 12S10P the higher voltage will give you a bit more speed less amps it should be fine. My 10S11P draws about 150amps at takeoff for a few seconds 12S will draw a bit less.
