If you aren’t going to use the Lift guard anymore just cut the vanes off at the hub and smooth them off flush with the cone.

You can 3D print one but make sure you transfer and fit the carbon seal from your original prop guard to it. Otherwise your motor will get water inside mixed with the oil and will eventually fail. That is why it’s better to just chop off the stand offs of the prop guard cage from the one you have assuming you wont ever use it again. If you really want protection get the lift jet.

For lift the tail cone forms part of the seal structure as it holds one of the two seals so needs to be waterproof. I’ve had good luck with air/ water tight printing in PETG, and over extrude slightly - 1.0 to 1.05.
Print with lots of walls as well.
Thanks for posting the file. And I appreciate the tips on the seal - I did not realize that. I’d like to try without the cowl before cutting it off in case I decide I prefer to ride with rather than without.
