Battery only charges up to 3 light out of 4

Battery charges 75% or up to 3 out of 4 lights then board cuts out or battery cuts out when it reaches half way or 2 lights.

Battery safety feature issues?

Which battery? Sounds like a commercial battery like Lifts? If that’s the case, you need to chat with them. Could be a number of issues.
