Battery question

OK, all these battery numbers are starting to confuse me. I dont want to spend a fortune on a battery so I originally bought 4 lipos (22.2v 6200mah). I was goin to wire them both parallel and series to get a 48v 12400mah battery. This is the most inexpensive way to get what you need correct? And this will definitely work right?
I also see these batteries on ebay that are really cheap for ebikes, but it looks like to dischage rates are way to low ( like 20A continuous). Am I right about this? These would not work very well correct?

Hi, it’s an e-bike battery you can’t really use it for e-foil, maybe only maybe, 5 of these in parallel.
Aim for 200A discharge pack.
