Looks good. Current is nicely spread in this scenario. Maybe you can use something like this?
Make sure to order REAL nickel. Not nickel plated steel. Size wise, 0.15/0.2 I’d say. But your pack looks nice and simple and there are no “bottlenecks” so current is evenly spread over all series connections, you can also add some copper. See my pictures for some feedback / suggestions.
Also note I think it is better to first solder the final +/- wires or bus bars before you spot weld the nickel to those p groups. It can take a lot of heat and solder getting those connected and isn’t really good for the cells. If you’re like me an make a mess of things with the solder I think it’s a better approach.
Definitely. I’d do it like this…solder wire to copper strip, solder copper strip to nickel strip…spotweld nickelstrip.
