Best method of mating 3 Trampa VESC phase or power wires to a single amass plug? Just want to make it clean as possible.

That’s my solution

Clean, looking good!

I do it like this:
Cut only enough strands on each wire to fit them all in the connector solder cup, leaving some extra length of bare strands
Tie the three ends together with thin copper wire
Pre-tin the joined ends
Pre-tin the connector
Push in and then solder together with a torch*
Clean up the joint from any solder blobs or sharp strand ends with a Dremel sanding drum
Heat shrink it

*The three wires wick an insane amount of heat away so i can’t solder it even with my 60W soldering iron.

I forgot to say that:
I use 8mm gold bullet connectors like the hxt or castle creations which have a BIG solder cup and large contact area. This way only a small amount of wires strands need to be removed from each of the three wires.
I zip tie the three wires together (at the end of the insulation) before binding the ends with copper wire so that they are bundled before soldering
