Thanks for sharing. I’ve seen what happens to this foam after a couple years as the foam gets nicked and chunks tear out. Definitely light weight. I’ve been wondering how to seal the foam or even laminate and get the glass to stick? There is a super toxic 3m adhesive, thinking there has got to be a better way?
If you are going for an unlaminated approach it would make more sense to get similar foam to waydoo boards. You could even coat it with a rubberised sealant of sorts like they use on pickup trucks.
