Best to order through AliExpress with use of the promo codes on the original Flipsky marketplace. Or just from their website.
Be patient with aliexpress codes and order there 
Last time my dad ordered from Flipsky it arrived within one week.
Make sure to ask if they can lower the shown price on the shipment bill.
