CAD Generation for propeller

I remember seeing a whle ago a thread on designing propellors using some software that generated a propellor in Fusion or Inventor based on some parameters. 3D printed a few with good results, but that laptop dies and I have lost all links to it.

Can anyone point me to it?

You can also use Chatgpt.
Just prompt:

You get an Open Scad Code and hints How to use

This web based free design tool is very good. Go to the geometry tool. It takes a few trys to find the correct parameters for thickness etc. Pitch is entered as a ratio of P/D.

You can export stl or step

Yeah…nah;

Thanks! Looks OK. Maybe not optimised for smaller lower power propellors, but able to get a shape. i think I would want to thicken up the blades a bit for 3D printing.

Can you elaborate on your cad process?

In the direct geometry editor you can thicken the blades and tips etc to your liking. Also possible to delete faces in cad to make a 2 blade.
