I’ve been wanting to DIY an efoil for years, but just don’t have the time or the skill.
But I’m very close to purchasing a lift 3. But my primary use will be from my boat which has 550 watts of solar and 600ah of 12v lithium batteries as well as the required solar charger controller and DC to DC converter (both max at 48v).
I also have an inverter but going DC>AC>DC doesn’t seem like the way to go and given the power specs above 1 charge will roughly take 2/3 of my full battery power (usually lasts 10 days week other wise).
My guess is I need some kid of step up voltage device and a 60v charger? And the right connectors of course. Can anyone point me in the direction of what is required here? Any help appreciated.
