Coiled cable for backpack style foil assist

Researching some options for making motor to ESC connection with spiral cable, for the backpack style of motor assisted foil.
There are some cables with polyurethane jackets TPE-u
Or TPU I am not a material scientist, but it looks like this type of polyurethane is thermoplast similar to material for 3-D printing. I tried to get one these cables wrapped around a pipe and put in the oven for 20 minutes at 120 C. It’s coiled nicely and was holding the shape but the conductor number and size is wrong
This TPU material is way more robust than standard PVC.
I am currently struggling to find single cable with x3 core of 4/5/6 mm2 conductors with soft multi-strand copper.
The cable has to be about 2.5 m long, so 2.5 mm² cable like Foildrive use not going to work on that length.

The idea is to run safety leash inside the coiled cable.

2m 13AWG, 3 core. On the thin side but it works. I added around 1m 11 awg (4mm2) of a different cable to the motor.

This one is available with 3 cores, up to awg 9 (6mm2), you could coil it yourself.

I was aslo reluctant to use a 2.5mm2 cable for the motor as it is on the small side but you also have to consider weight. 4 or even 6mm2 is getting heavy. I tested it 3 times and I could not feel the cable to get hot. The connector also seems to hold up. Motor phase current max is set to 140A.

To connect the motor pod to the hip box cable, I built connectors from 5.5mm rc bullets.
