Crazy efficiency with Gong Fluid XXLT

I just bought and tried Gong Fluid XXLT, (with flipsky 65161 and fliteboard propeller), I’m really amazed by the efficiency of this setup, with gong V1 mast and kite 45cm FAST stab, it’s still really manoeuvrable, and the efficiency is really great

• 1500 W to take off (67kg with gong hipe first 5.5 110L)
• 700 W to fly at 16/18 km/h,
• 900 W to fly at decent speed 21-23 km/h

At the beginning I bought this wing for foil drive assist in wave, but it’s a great wing for efoiling too (for beginners or for efficiency).

I’m pretty sure I will be able to take off and fly with my foil drive setup : lipo 6S 20A and 63100 motor

That efficiency mainly comes through the optimized propeller.

I got 700-800W to fly at 20 km/h at 83 kg Rider with Takuma 1900 Foil and my own prop design

the front wing (and stab) also have a good impact,

• Gong Veloce L 1300 cm², thin (1.6cm), 900w to fly
• Gong curvle LT 1500cm², not so thin as the veloce, 1000w to fly

I’m pretty sure the feeling of glide with the gong fluid XXLT should far better than LOL 1900 (same surface, but higher aspect ration and thinner, 1.8cm for the fluid)

@HamburgHarbourFoiler , You are finally right, I tried my other propeller (EML folding propeller) and it was a lot better.
@superlefax , I’m really happy with the folding propeller, the efficiency is crazy, far better than my fliteboard propeller. And wery easy to recover when you breach, very easy to power back after you stop the motor to take a little wave. Still waiting for bigger waves to surf longer waves witohut power.

With the same setup (gond fluid xxlt, 65161 motor, 2X6S lipo 20A, my weight 67kg) :

With flite propller

• 1300 W to take off (67kg with gong hipe first 5.5 110L)

• 14.5 km
