Greeetings everyone, been a little bored with the wing setups I had on the efoil and wanted a way to make custom ones for improved performance.
The parts are made to be simply 3D printed with easily available carbon fiber tubing epoxied inside for the strength. Same for the tail wings, there is a carbon spar that is inserted inside the airfoil for most of the length.
My goal is to keep reducing the size of the stabilizer on the efoil until it is just crazy maneuverable. Eventually I want to ride without the stabilizer like those crazy pump foils guys!
Mostly this is a way to get the heavy 70lbs board to whip and maneuver like one that is 40lbs or lighter, using the power of the wing and not just pushing the board around with body weight.
CAD is available for download and your own edits with OnShape. Happy to answer any questions about the build. Fuselage is nice and parametric but OnShape sucks for drawing wings so those tend to break.
Have one fuse and wing built, waiting for hardware to test. WIll post pics soon.
Cheers and have fun!
