5085 2 blade folding prop (Kalmar)
Built a 2 blade folding assist motor from a 5085 outrunner. I also designed a 3 blade hub but I think the FD blades are too big for a 3 blade prop for this small motor. Shorter blades should work in a 3 blade configuration.
The pod is fom the model bolow, I just added the TPU insert for the gong v3 15mm HDM mast.

I ended up printing the strap from TPU85A, the cut rubber strap was not strong enough.
I tested it on 90l DW board with a gong veloce H V3 XL (1150 cm2). No problem to get on foil in flat water (73kg rider).
