Wondering if anyone knows any of the diy motors (flipsky etc) that would fit into the foil drive integrated masts?
Unless you are doing a carbon mast, just DIY integrate an aluminium mast.

this is what id do too.
Is there a known best solution to the diy integrated aluminium mast? With the least amount of cut out and the best pod attachment?
Easiest is to run through top of baseplate and then have a 7-10mm 3D printed mount to allow cable exit neatly.
I on the other hand opted for hard and custom cut the baseplate which was a massive faff. And some might say would weaken it. I have pumped the baseplate with it cut and it didn’t break so seems ok this far.
