Some connections magically change from 3- to 4-pin, the black wires from motor to ESC don’t make sense to me,…
Best would be if you draw it on a piece if paper on how you understood it and with the exact components you will use
Are you just replacing the battery? The diagram you have seems to show the entire system. It generally looks correct with the main components. The only odd thing to me is it has an extra 10amp fuse for steering and maybe some extra wires related to that. I can’t imagine that would be there on a sup motor. You can probably find a complete 12v battery to swap, or make your own if you prefer. The main requirements would be the correct voltage, current capacity needs to be large enough, and then capacity just needs to be large enough.
