Hello, I found a cable snapped and I would like to fix and use this motor again.
I tried to solder a new cable but it is impossible.
Do you have advices?
I tried to open the motor but the stator is covered with resin and I can’t see tha cable
Never tried it.
But if they are like other motors I used in the past, then there are grubscrews behind those small blue resin dots on the side of the back cover.
If you open the grub screws you should be able to disassemble that part. But no idea, if this works with that motor.
But as it is already broken, it is worth a try.
6384 is an outrunner, should be possible to disassemble. Remove the circlip and pull out the rotor. It should then be possible to separate the stator from the stator case and replace the cables. Although it is a slighlty different motor, this should give you an idea: Motor waterproofing and replacing phase wires
