Ah ok so they come with receivers included. I thought you might end up having to buy a new receiver as well.

This is what the back of my VX3 pro screen looks like. Is this the potting scenario you are talking about? If so looks like they may now be doing it. If not please explain?
My vx3 pro had water in the screen. The cable to the screen were really close or had contact to the sidewall. I believe the water came in thru the gap between sidewall and cable, where no compound filled the space between cable and sidewall.
