This is the company that Flite, Lift and quite a number of vehicle manufactures have chosen to recycle their end of life battery products.
Not likely to tell anyone else how to open the Flitecell but interesting factoid anyway.

I am building a battery for a DIY efoil and want to use the same terminal posts as on the Flitecell can anyone tell me if they use a 5.7mm post or 8mm post Amphenol Surlock connector.
if this is still relevant, Amazon has connectors like those. They are for linking rack mounted batteries in solar backup systems.

Here’s one that is good for 60 amps and has solder connections. They also have screw terminal connections.
