Flux error message

Hi I am trying to get everything set up in the Vesc tool but the motor will spin a little then it will make a buzzing sound and vibrations come off the motor and makes ripples in the water while it’s buzzing and I get a flux error message. I am using the lipo4 batteries in groups of 13 16s. They are 3.2v and 33 amps. I am using the flipsky 72300 speed control with the 6000w motor . I’m wondering if it could be the battery has too many amps?.. 33amp x 13 is 429amps and the speed control is 200 amp continuous and motor 200 max… I have never built or set up anything like this so don’t know much about it at all… but I thought it was ok to have more amps available… maybe someone can help … I think I may have killed the speed control as well as now it won’t power on or connect to the computer. I’m also not sure if there is a way to limit the amps from the battery in the vesc tool?. I’m not planning on using a bms…
