Apologies first for my limited research, and being new, but there is a lot to take in.
My question is simply if it is easy for someone to link the parts and guides on replacing the electronics in my gen 1 Assist Plus for me to replace, as they are deteriorating and I’m losing faith to go too far out on the water.
I would rate myself as capable, but not experienced with what is required.
I have contacted FD and waiting for a reply, but would expect an expensive repair and it would be nice to have the option to do it myself other than just selling for parts.
Could selling the Assist Plus here be an option for someone to repair it for themselves?
