Hi everybody, after a lot of prototyping and testing in all conditions of water, we approved the best solution of folding propeller for assisted drive based on the 6384 motor 120KV/150KV.
I made a carbon fiber version by molding and the industrial production by mold nylon injection (made in Italy)
Specifications:
Diameter: 158mm
Material: Nylon PA6 (glass reinforced - injection molding)
Direction of rotation: clockwise
The price of the complete propeller should be 60 euros.

Im curious what pitch and blade area you decided on. Also what top speed do you reach?

the area is 2154 mm2
Pitch calculated at 70% of radius is 253mm with angle of 27 degres
diameter 158mm
compared with the FD 3 blades propeller to the same motor (120KV) I get less thrust to take off but more speed during the ride in motoring
