FSESC 75200 issue: Non-zero motor current at 0% throttle

At 0% throttle in PPM mode the motor current is non-zero and I hear motor noise.

Has anyone experienced zero motor current in PPM mode at 0% throttle? Is this normal and can’t be fixed?

Updated the FSESC firmware even though Flipsky doesn’t recommend it, and the motor is no longer noisy and runs much smoother. Thanks everybody for answers.
