Continuing the discussion from GetFoil Foil owners repairing boards since company folded:
On my first ride two years ago with my new GetFoil board it failed. I had to send it back three times for repair. It is currently working now but I feel it could fail again. As an engineer, when I was experiencing these problems I wanted to speak with their engineering staff but was only allowed to speak with their customer services reps who could only provided scripted re-boot instructions and software updates. If it fails or when it fails again, I appreciate this forum for advice.
