Getting electrical shock from throttle

hello,
I am building a sea scooter.
I am using 6384 motor, 5s12p battery, and a flycolor 120amp esc.
for controll I wanted to use servo tester + hall effect ebike throttle. but the problem is that i get small electric shock when i try to push the throttle.
i thought just using 2.4ghz controller, but i am not sure if it will work under water (anyone tried?)

how can i fix that? is adding a separate battery for the servo tester will solve it?

No remotes don’t work under water. I have to bring the nose of my board out of the water otherwise the Flipsky remote doesn’t work when the board is completely submerged. .
