Hi everyone,
Gong has a new tail system on V3 similar to Fliteboard’s solution—using shims to adjust the stabilizer angle.
Has anyone designed these shims or tried 3D printing them?
The solution seems really good to me, but the price is outrageous—over 4 euros apiece…

I was expecting an STL file… but I’ll work with what GONG provided.
I’ll give it a try.
Orcaslicer can work with step files and states that the quality is usually better. You can use it also making a Stl out of it

I managed to download the STP file and open it in Fusion; from there on, everything is familiar and easy.
