I know we are all sceptical about new products, myself i spot the companies that go in and out of business, just disappear. Please be patient, we are not trying to market anything on here. We just wanted to let you know that the project is going ahead and just to be patient and then judge the product when it is on the water, and not before, that is all.

I was thinking this forum is for diy efoil peoples to share ideas and progress with others. From what i see the “gyro balanced efoil” did not share or show anything beside 3d fake idea or video scam and then barking on each others diyer’s on this wonderfull forum. They are not helping the communauty. Why not simply remove this “giro balanced …” topic from this forum ?
I think leaving it in place is a good thing for any potential customers to see exactly what they are dealing with… Other forums have put out warnings about them as well.
@Aqua_Surf_Craft I think the main reason you have gotten a slagging is because you have made very bold claims and not backed anything up.There are no pictures of your product, only vague renderings. Every timeline that’s been stated has not been adhered to. Any videos are sped up so as to not reflect true speeds.
On this forum we have a lot of people that help, they share their builds and discuss new products and when someone comes along raging about how good their product is promising X, Y & Z and gives no details it leads the community to get their back up and defend something which we are very passionate about. We have a lot of very talented people here, lots of boards built (currently working on mine) and lots of hours and experience gained…which is why the 60kmph claim is skeptical to us as I don’t think any one has achieved that! But hey, we also have a lot to learn which is why we are here.
Lots of manufactures have been on this forum and taken direction from the community to improve their products but they have all engaged in a positive way. If you want the comments to stop or the community attitude towards your product to change then how about you engage constructively in the community, post some details, give us some specifications and some real world pictures - If your launching next month then I’m sure you have prototypes you could show us? If you’re that far along then I’m sure you’ll have answers to some of the problems posted to this forum, share the lessons learnt, give us some guidance.
Its what this forum was built for, do that and maybe you’ll turn the tide of current opinion but going tit for tat on this forum won’t do you any good so maybe a change in approach is needed?
Hello Brian, to be honest, I’m glad you’re speaking out eventually, not the way I was expecting but you’re here. As the dealers meeting is next month (just 7 weeks time), I have a few simple questions for you.
Could you solemnly declare here that you’ve not only touched the Supernova board but seen it work or tested it personally ?
If yes, when and where was it ?
If no, did Marc Lagarde send you a video of him riding the Supernova board without any doubt ?
If no, what information do you have that Supernova is a working product ? pictures ?
Many products have been announced and launched on this forum without getting any blow back from this group.
The reason your product is getting heat is because it is promising something that obviously isn’t going to work, and something that isn’t going to be delivered on the timeline promised, as has already been proven more then once.
We are a group of DIY e-foil enthusiasts. Obviously we are going to point out the flaws, and claims that are false. It always suprizes me when someone making a new product lists the specifications and every single thing listed, no one else has been able to achieve. Fastest board ever. Longest ride time ever. Battery type no one uses. Board type with feet strapped in so there is no way to water start from a stop.
This product is a complete joke / scam.
You have to learn to walk before you can run. If any e-foil company is going to innovate, and push the limits on e-foil technology it’s gonna be a well established company, that is already selling many e-foil boards, with lots of happy customers. Like “Lift” for example.
You are just like Marc. Making false statements (as @Jezza has already pointed out) , and threatening forum members. Resorting to childish behavior.
If this wasn’t a bullsh!t product you would easily be able to de-fuel this fire buy sharing some pictures and testing of the actually product as claimed, actually working. But, we all know you can’t do this because there is no product to show. Because this design will not work as described!

This all may be a hoax. But this part is not impossible. Submarines can start/stop in water and still surface. Sure there are engineering challenges and not the same kind of animal, just saying.
