Hi guys im about to pull the trigger on a flipsky motor for my build / modification,as a heavier rider at 105kgs,would you recommend the flipsky 65161 or or the larger 70165.

I would think either would work. Lots of builds here that use 65161.
Make sure you choose round shaft with thread type to optimize your prop choices.
I know that you are attempting to return your Hisun rig to a functional state but it might be better if you put all of your questions into one topic rather than shotgun it. 
You might also consider just biting the bullet and buy a good Gong mast/foil setup and a Flipsky kit (motor,VESC,remote) and get it going.
