I’m not too sure what would be best, I’m still new to 3D printing.
I prefer PETG over PLA. Unfortunately PLA has a tendency to produce stress cracks when placed under load (even screw tensions) for a long time. Also, I feel that printed PETG parts are tougher.

ok, so it is 4mm to big for my printer… can we just make the outer ring little thinner, so the total diameter oof the outer edge is less than 218. Say, 216 just to be safe. Thanks again
Alright, here is a 216 mm version. It is 216.15 mm to be exact. This makes it 11.3 mm thick. Hopefully it fits. Compared to the original:

Nice work Jkoljo! I have ordered the FR Prop. Does anyone know which size duct I should print for that? I have the Flipsky motor.
