I need help!!!
I have this setup :
motor 6384 with epoxy resin
ESC kontronik jive 120
cables from esc to motor 10awg
remote control maytech V3
battery 11S4P molicel p45b
BMS discharge to 60A with peaks 150A
I have used a couple of days and everything fine, a lot of strength but the third day I entered with a lot of sea and began to give failures.
Right now my setup gives problems in the water, from 10% to 50% of the throttle everything goes well, but the moment I pass 51% the engine stops. I have looked and the consumption from 10% to 50% is 40A maximum.
If I test at idle, out of the water everything goes fine from 10% to 100% and never stops.
I have measured the resistance in the 3 wires of my motor and it seems to be ok.
Please help me!!!
I had an issue with my setup with the Flipsky 75200 controller it would cut past a certain point it was the max watts setting in the VESC tool. But you problems is the reverse so kind of weird. Check all the settings.

Did water get in somewhere where it didnât before?
No. I think that day, when the sea was very turbulent, I had to work more forced and something has been misconfigured.
For now I think the culprit is being the Bms that may have been misconfigured for some reason
I donât follow your logic and why you think hitting a âlimitâ has caused a persistent problem
If your âsystemâ was under more stress in rough water that could be a reason for it to hit a preconfigured limit and not work like it had before. However it shouldnât cause a âpermanentâ change. Once reset your system should go back to its previous performance state.
Do you have a method for logging the data your esc or bms produce?

Iâm going to try to reset the Bms
