JK Smart Active Balance BMS

I am still trying to figure it out but it seems that the HGJI-1608 charger is not compatible with the JBD SP14 BMS.

when you start the charging process, the charger measures de voltage and then ramps up the voltage. For some reason if there is a BMS in the way the charger does not ramp up the voltage. If i close the discharge mosfets the charger measures 0.0v

The weirdest of it, is that I managed to charge once the battery, i am still not sure what i did. I may have first started the charger then connected the battery, i will be testing this and a regular power supply to find out the problem

the mosfets in the bms are open an no faults are shown

I have 2 JBD active bluetooth BMS 240A for my 2 efoil batteries. I just charge with the same wire used for discharge been doing that for 2 seasons no issues. My charger is a regular charger 10S it charges to 42V and stops.

I have tested the charger by connecting it at the BMS and upstream of it on my efoil battery (12s) and it does not charge. I have tried with a 3s battery without BMS and it charged. a few days ago I managed to charge the battery by connecting it to the BMS but that only happened once.

I have ordered an 60v 5A adjustable power supply, I will post my results
