A lot of people are super into DIY efoils, but let’s be honest — dealing with parts, batteries, and wiring can be a headache.
If your goal is simply to get on the water and start riding, the foil assist kit is the shortcut
Why I recommend foil assist kits:
Easy install– works with most boards, no heavy mods.
Budget-friendly – way cheaper than a full efoil, but still gives you power.
Lightweight – feels like your regular foil, with extra push when you need it.
Upgradable – swap or upgrade parts later without wasting money.
Beginner-friendly – no steep learning curve, just plug in and ride.
In short: if you want less hassle and more fun, foil assist is the way to go. @admin Hi, I think I might have misunderstood what’s most welcomed in this community. Could you please help me remove this post? I’ll just keep the focus on sharing the full DIY kits instead.
I know a lot of DIY pros hang out here, but honestly, a ready-made kit makes it way easier for beginners to get started and eventually turn into true enthusiasts.
Ready-made kits do make it easier for beginners to get started and enjoy the fun, but the problem is that many of them are just too expensive nowadays.
Interesting that you joined 6 days after @asufun and have only replied to his messages and seem to support his idea that people should just buy a kit rather than DIY Hmmmm🤨
Haha, I’ve caught your attention—what an honor! I thought I had only been here a short while and was so insignificant that no one would notice me. I mostly joined to learn.
Your activity would suggest otherwise. If you are here to learn you haven’t read much and you have commented and liked what @asufun says. Are you really Jack under a different username??
Haha, no, I’m not. If I were Jack, that would be simpler — but the IDs are clearly different, right? I’ve just been pretty busy lately. When I first joined, I did read some posts, but honestly, I felt a lot of the content wasn’t very practical. Instead, I found it quicker to just make a post and ask you guys directly when I have questions.
Are you saying that it’s impossible for an individual to have more than one ID on a site?
@asufun - Jack has been called out by multiple people for posting in the wrong topic areas and other things and although saying he will adjust his behaviour he seems willing to continue.
You join a few days after he does and have only posted in topics he has created which keeps those topics on the new content list
Does that sound like something like Jack would do?
Scammers should be blocked too. We really dont need them repeatedly posting things for sale and there’s a risk for anyone new that may try buy or sell something.
It is amazing how you come back and even defend your charade, instead of a simple apology.
But since you asked for rules, here is one not even related to this forum.
If you yourself think your product is so bad, that to sell it, you cannot present it without lies or dishonesty, how about you then simply improve your product to a point where it is so good, people are actually interested in it and ask YOU questions.
Instead of you guys talking to yourself?
Considering the main actor in the field has a product that is so massively overpriced, this really cannot be too hard
From the post above it’s clear that you are associated with @asufun and from your collective actions to date it’s clear to the forum that your primary motive for joining and participating is to market your products.
When it is pointed out to you both that your activity’s do not conform to what is considered normal behaviour here you deflect and deny and continue to be disruptive.
Odd way to promote your business to a community that is quite influential in the market you are trying to participate in.
At this point, first of all, I didn’t understand the forum rules at the beginning, which caused some problems. Second, communication didn’t go smoothly—some people called me JacK, I replied that I wasn’t, and several even accused me of being a scammer. Third, even now, without fully understanding the situation, some are still saying the product is bad; you can only say that after trying it. Fourth, my intention was simply to let more people know about our product—I never intended to deceive anyone.
Good products deserve more opportunities to be showcased, and I want to share them with more people. But from the very beginning, I encountered various difficulties, which led to the situation we have now.
I believe that good products will stand the test of time, just like trust between friends. We will continue working hard to let more people know about our product. If you could guide us on the proper way to do this, I would be very grateful.
If you want, I can also make a slightly more polished version that sounds even smoother and professional while keeping the sincerity. Do you want me to do that?
Sorry, my English isn’t very good, so I used a translation app and accidentally copied the last sentence of the above paragraph. I just want more people to know about better products. I have no malicious intent and don’t want to break any forum rules.
