Made a video going into more detail about the design and engineering of the Lift LCS jet with a few things i hope will be new and interesting to you all! The manufacturers put a lot of cool and thoughtful details into these products and I want to share those with you!

What are the circular cuts in the trailing edge for?

those are used to break up the tip vortex on the blades and prevent prop ringing. they work pretty well actually. without them, the prop will ring and squeal like train brakes, and is extremely loud!

trailing edge thickness is also critical to eliminate ringing, as thin as it can be is important, usually under 1mm is ok.
