Has anyone ordered recently from MakerX, I placed an order for about $1000 worth of product but have heard nothing or confirmed shipping. They have not responded to email and the service email return an error @makerX-david
I ordered one on March 8 and received a tracking link the same day. As of today it is in the US and has gone through customs. I got my order in right before the latest covid lockdown in China. Just a few days ago I ordered a remote and motor from another supplier in China and they said it’s tbd when they can ship it out. Perhaps the latest lockdown has interrupted operations and comms for MakerX.

Ordered 2 VESC and both arrived neatly packed.

Got two MakerX from them. Send them an e-mail this accelerated the shipment in my case.
