anyone knows the reference of the bearings (seems that there is two types) and how replace them?

response to myself, when the outside bearing is stuck you grind two groove with dremal diamond micro mill.
then you get enough grip to spin and pull it.
On the maytech 6374 there is only two 6800 19x10x5mm bearings (there are three on the basic lot cheapest Ali 6384)
I bough this one before thourough research on this forum and I regreat it…get youself a better one…
