  1. FOIL ASSIST (450€) WITH:
    -6384 aliexpress
    -APD 80A esc
    -Camdenboss box
    -Maytech remote
    -8s2p Molicell battery
    -Folding prop and pod for axis mast

Needs a balance charger to get a complete kit (circa 50€)

  1. APD ESC 80AMPS (70 €)
    -Advanced power drive esc, minimal size and very reliable. Been using them on the builds and so far have worked as a treat.

3.CAMDENBOSS CHDX8-322C (25 €)
Perfect box for foil assist - Brand new un-opened

  1. 8s 15A Daly BMS as per FD batteries (6 €)

  2. FOIL ASSIST gen 2 STYLE UNDER BOARD (make me an offer)
    Selling my slim copy of the foil assist to move onto a MAX style for take off in smaller wings.

I was thinking of buidling a foil assist but I have no qualifications for that.
My goal is mainly to be able to come back to my initial departure point because as a biginner I am drifting a lot.
Could your foil assist work on my AFS carbon mast?

PA12 nylon hub and prop set (2 blade)
DSE hibox - with heat sink added, latch protectors, velcro and cable nickel alloy cable gland (fits 8s3pbattery)
Flipsky remote V2 with receiver.
Nose cone (fits ride engine/slingshot and Fone alloy masts)
Cable guides also in PA12 nylon.

Why not just use a different housing to allow a bigger max battery with the slim. Larger battery in front actually means better weight balance with most of the battery between the feet.

Not sure I understand your question.

I could do a longer battery to get a slim with 10s but the actual ESC is limited to 8 hence the plan on selling and moving to a new build with a thicker casing.

Use a thicker battery even 12S2P. some cells would run inside the slim housing, but most outside in a thciker than slim format. 80A esc is fine. FD only run a 70A vesc.
