yes 8mm is the outside diameter
you need to stretch the tube and then it is thin and passes easily

On the MOSFETS I see one of the blue wires from the magnet is connected to it (to the black wire) where does the other blue wire from the magnet connect to?

I ran out of luck after 1500 km on the water,
Water got into the box because of a zip tie that got stuck in the gasket
Really unpleasant and the truth is really scary
I did not know what to expect, and I was afraid that everything would explode.
For half an hour the battery kept coming out full of smoke
Boats nearby thought I lit a smoke torch and came to help

So the relay and BMS didn’t save anything? Was the battery not waterproof on its own?
This battery was not waterproof
Sad to see that… we spend so much time on our projects thinking about them at night… how can we trust them?
